team based in Milwaukee, WI
. Over 14–18 months
, you’ll rotate through 3–4 teams to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most.

After successfully completing the program, you’ll transition into a full‑time role in one of these areas:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Project Management
• Product Management

We’re looking for curious, driven, future‑ready thinkers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
• Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering
• Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
• Passion for learning, growth, and long‑term impact
• Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
• Strong communication skills‑able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)
• Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
• Team‑oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
• Internship or Co‑op experience is a plus
• Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
• Valid passport for international travel
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
