Job Title: Build Book Coordinator / Build Book Engineer

Duration: Full Time

Visa: USC / GC / OPT

We are seeking a detail-oriented Build Book Coordinator / Build Book Engineer to support product configuration, BOM management, and engineering documentation activities for vehicle manufacturing programs. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Build Books, BOM structures, and PLM systems such as Windchill in a manufacturing or automotive environment.

• Create, maintain, and manage Build Books for engineering and manufacturing programs.
• Understand and manage complex BOM (Bill of Materials) structures and product configurations.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams.
• Maintain accurate product data and documentation within PLM systems.
• Support engineering change management and release processes.
• Coordinate updates related to product structures, assemblies, and configurations.
• Validate engineering data and ensure consistency across systems.
• Assist with production planning and build readiness activities.
• Generate reports and support documentation for cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Build Book coordination or BOM management.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures and product configuration management.
• Hands‑on experience with PLM tools, preferably PTC Windchill.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation and change management processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  
  Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial engineering environments preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Experience supporting vehicle or product development programs.
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM integrations is a plus.
