Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination

+ Assist with project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking

+ Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy

+ Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

+ Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders

+ Participate in project meetings and track action items

+ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify issues

+ Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

+ Maintain project documentation and reporting

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

+ 1-3 years of experience in construction (internship or co-op experience considered)

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

+ Basic knowledge of construction processes and project life cycles

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

+

Experience with Procore or similar project management software is a plus

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr.
