Job OverviewAs a CADD Technician within our design team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you’ll play an active role in creating solutions on our municipal water and wastewater treatment projects. You will develop sketches, models, drawings, and construction documents to support our projects, working with CAD Designers, Engineers, Project Management and leadership to provide accurate design models and drawings for various facility design projects using CADD software common to the water and wastewater industry.
Whatyou’ll need
- An associate degree from an accredited technical institution or college in mechanical and computer drafting, or a similar program
- Experience with 2D and 3D computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) platforms common in the infrastructure design and construction industry, such as AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Bentley Micro Station, and Open Buildings Designer
- Experience with water and wastewater systems design drawings
- Familiarity with CAD standards
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills, a detail‑oriented work approach, and a focus on delivering work products that are clear, accurate, and of high quality
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and individually
- Deadline‑oriented mindset
Experience in mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation and controls drafting - Hands‑on mechanical skills through educational, professional, or personal experience that can be leveraged into the design and construction for municipal projects

SalaryThe base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $; however, it will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
