• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
• 8+ years of design or project management experience
• 8+ years hands-on with Autodesk Revit (plus CAD)
• Experience with load calculation software: IESVE, Trane TRACE 3D, or Carrier HAP
• Bachelor of Engineering or vocational-technical degree
• Comfortable working onsite during the training period
• Strong command of applicable building codes

You'll run the show on your projects: owning the schedule, the budget, and the scope, and serving as the main point of contact for the client.

You'll lead the design of building systems engineered to perform, build the project task list, assign work to your team, and give daily technical guidance. You're accountable for the accuracy and quality of every deliverable that leaves your desk.

You'll also help shape proposals, join client presentations, and coordinate sub-consultants so responsibilities stay clear across offices.

You won't just manage a project. You'll own a portion of a profit center
, with real authority to speak for the firm, direct the work, and expedite decisions.
