Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing / Process Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys balancing process improvement, new product introduction, manufacturability reviews, and technical problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, throughput, and cost reduction
- Support new product launches through manufacturability reviews, DFM analysis, process development, and production readiness
- Develop process documentation, work instructions, validation plans, and process controls
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and sales teams to resolve technical challenges and improve performance
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience in metal stamping, metal forming, or high-volume manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DFM, APQP, PPAP, process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting quoting, cost analysis, and new product introductions
