Overview

C3M Power Systems, LLC is a full-service electrical contractor with experience and capabilities to construct, rehabilitate, and maintain electrical and special systems for railways, airports, highways, and utilities nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
  • Secure all required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
  • Schedule and facilitate all project meetings to coordinate work activity.
  • Supervise and manage project team members.
  • Train and develop direct reports through on-the-job and internal/external training opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit monthly job status reports addressing major project issues and priorities.
  • Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project.
  • Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence.
  • Supervise project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with owners and engineering firms.
  • Participate in proposals and presentations as requested.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Graduate degree in engineering or business is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of construction experience required; previous work with an electrical contractor on large-scale projects is highly preferred.
  • DBIA and LEED accreditation is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • Skilled at negotiating and building relationships with owners and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team; minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the work and industry.
Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. You will be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. You must be comfortable lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Occasional desk time in the office may involve prolonged periods of sitting for tasks such as computer work, document review, and meetings.

Environment

You will spend a significant amount of time on active construction sites, which requires adaptability to all kinds of weather, moderate to loud noise levels, and working in elevated or confined areas with moving mechanical equipment. Periods will also be spent in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels.

Benefits

Base salary range $105,000–130,000. Compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package: health/dental/vision, paid time off, retirement/401k, life insurance, commuter benefit, short and long-term disability, fitness reimbursement, FSA, tuition reimbursement, backup childcare, tutoring and family support benefits, EAP/Work‑Life assistance, and a holiday contribution program.
