Foth is a 100% member‑owned science and engineering consulting firm headquartered in Wisconsin with over 85 years of success. We are hiring a Lead Estimator – Industrial in Green Bay, WI to develop and lead our estimating competency.

• Competency Development:
  Establish a vision and implement a comprehensive estimating program aligned with company goals, industry best practices, and project requirements, continuously improving the program based on data‑driven insights.
• Estimating Practices Lead:
  Personally lead the estimating process on complex, high‑impact projects, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and competitiveness while mitigating project risk through collaboration with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Team Leadership:
  Build a high‑performing estimating team that fosters a collaborative, continuously learning, results‑focused environment.

• Associate degree with 10+ years of experience estimating capital construction projects, including design‑build and engineering‑led construction.
• Experience with multi‑discipline industrial manufacturing, including packaging, process piping, controls, electrical, and facilities.
• Experience building and leading a team.
• Experience with construction cost estimating software such as Means, Richardson, or Timberline.
• Experience with current Microsoft Office products.
• Travel up to 30% of the time based on business and project needs.

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with in food, beverage, and other consumer products industries.
• Experience with project cost forecasting and tracking.

Base compensation ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, varying by experience, location, level of responsibility, and certifications. Eligible members may receive bonuses through the Earned Performance Incentive program and other spot bonuses.
