We're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support local construction projects in the Milwaukee area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced Project Managers and field teams.

Key Responsibilities
+ Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and operations
+ Assist in developing and maintaining construction schedules, including short-term lookaheads
+ Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope and timelines
+ Track daily progress, production, and project milestones
+ Help prepare reports on schedule updates and project status
+ Attend site and coordination meetings with internal teams and subcontractors
+ Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
+ Track labor, materials, and equipment to support cost control efforts
+ Update project tracking systems and databases with daily field information
+ Help identify potential risks to schedule or budget and support mitigation planning
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
+ Strong interest in construction project management
+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work on-site at local Milwaukee-area projects

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
