Transport Project Manager

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000

A leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Roadway Project Manager to join its growing Milwaukee transportation team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead impactful transportation projects while playing a key role in the continued expansion of the firm's Midwest operations.

• Manage the delivery of roadway and highway projects from planning through construction.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and oversee technical execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Mentor and support the development of junior engineering staff.
• Contribute to proposal development and support business development initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Demonstrated experience managing roadway and transportation projects.
• Strong understanding of WisDOT standards, procedures, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Experience with Micro Station/Open Roads and transportation design software preferred.
