Project Manager, Operations Engineer, Operations Manager

Lakeside Manufacturing is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Multiteria product line
. This role will manage project workflows from engineering release through production and delivery while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strong communicator, and problem solver who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring schedules, documentation, and production goals are met.

• Capture and organize after-build documentation and photos

• Complete check-off sheets and shipping information

• Validate engineering releases

• Provide warranty support coordination

• Plan and schedule installations

• Manage capacity planning with customers

• Follow up with vendors and purchase orders

• Maintain capacity planning and master production planning

• Serve as Schedule Auditor
  , tracking late or delayed projects

• Host weekly schedule meetings with production and project teams

• Prepare pipeline and capacity reports

• Report production output metrics

• Provide design change feedback to the engineering team

• Serve as backup support for order entry and release processes

• Engineering background preferred

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Proven problem-solving ability

• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, vendors, and customers
