Technical

Ideal Candidate:

What This Role Is NOT:

  • Not repetitive, single-system work
  • Not a large corporate environment where you get lost
  • This role is best suited for someone who wants ownership, variety, and influence

What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you will:

  • Lead multiple projects independently
  • Become a key technical resource for the team
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Help strengthen and grow the mechanical group
  • Be viewed as a go-to leader internally
