Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our utility design team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, design, and implementation of utility systems, including water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of utility design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for utility projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Prepare engineering reports and documentation for project progress and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Perform field inspections and assist with construction oversight.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.84/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
