Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, planning, and managing a wide range of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while advancing your career in civil engineering.

This individual must have working knowledge and a strong understanding of the design process, including, but not limited to the following areas:

• Site Engineering
• Utility Design
• Storm Water Management (hydrology/hydraulics, pond modeling)
• Grading plans, drainage
• Strong Civil 3D Skills
• Permitting and Regulatory Coordination
• Business Development and/or Project Management experience considered a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred.
• 5+ years experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Micro Station, HEC-RAS, Hydrographs/Hydra flow, tr-55
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Candidates with Professional Engineering registration in WI are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for technical writing and collaboration across teams.
