Your Impact

As global supply and demand for water intensifies, solving the world’s most complex water challenges demands different thinking – and that’s where we come in. We’re seeking a Drinking Water Project Manager to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to design water treatment facilities and guide clients to appropriate treatment approaches using desktop calculations, bench analysis, pilot plant operation, and full‑scale operational troubleshooting.

The project manager will work with conventional and advanced treatment processes (coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, granular media filtration, biological filtration, membrane filtration, disinfection, adsorption, etc.), support business development, and lead new projects while building long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of drinking water treatment facilities; coordinate with cross‑functional teams; analyze and troubleshoot operational issues; support sales and business development activities; mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering
  • Extensive experience in water treatment and process engineering (water, wastewater, reuse systems)
  • Planning and design experience in water distribution systems (pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks)
  • Understanding of drinking water supply, master planning, and treatment technologies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self‑motivated initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvement or related activities
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • Over 20 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience in Wisconsin highly desirable

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000. Pay is determined by work location and other factors.
