Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 per year | Des Moines, IA | On-site | Permanent

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering professionals.
• Manage and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
• Provide technical guidance, quality oversight, and project leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support long‑term growth initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• Strong background in project management, client engagement, and business development.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality results.
