I'm partnering with a desirable manufacturer in the Milwaukee area to identify a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead strategic improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who combines technical expertise with leadership skills. You'll drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, mentor engineers, lead cross-functional projects, and help shape the future of manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leading complex continuous improvement projects
- Analyzing operational data to drive measurable results
- Teaching and coaching Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Mentoring and developing engineers
- Supporting equipment implementation and process improvements
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Driving operational excellence and manufacturing performance improvements
- Connecting improvement projects to broader business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Six Sigma or Green Belt certification preferred
- Experience leading projects and influencing teams
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
