Location:

Milwaukee, WI (Onsite) Duration: 6-12 months

• Experience in developing, configuring, customizing and integrating various Windchill modules (PDMLink, Project Link, MPMLink) using Java and Windchill APIs
• Gathering and analyzing business needs, translating them into technical designs and specifications
• Developing code to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems
• Knowledge in automation e.g. CI/CD Pipeline
• Creating technical detailed designs, documentation, unit test cases and knowledge transfer materials
• Ensuring performance, quality, and adherence to standard

Effective stakeholder communication, project planning and execution, ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines, problem-solving and decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, resource allocation, mentoring and coaching team members, conflict resolution, adaptability to changing business needs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
