• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and validate tooling and mechanical systems.
• Work hands‑on with shop floor operations, including machining and testing.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and schematics.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards in a forging environment.

• Proficiency in Project Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with tooling, mechanical design, and robotics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with CMM and shop floor operations.

• A background in general manufacturing is beneficial.
• Ability to absorb knowledge and grow within the company.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to lead projects and teams.
• Willingness to learn about forging processes.

This position is a Contract to Hire based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
