Engineering Manager

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team and drive new product development across a specialized industrial product portfolio. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this highly visible position offers the opportunity to influence engineering strategy, improve execution, and help shape the future of the business.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical and electrical engineers
• Drive new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization
• Establish project management discipline, clear milestones, and accountability across engineering projects
• Improve development timelines, engineering efficiency, and execution excellence
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align engineering priorities with business objectives
• Provide both strategic direction and hands-on technical leadership when needed
• Evaluate and leverage external engineering resources to support growth initiatives
• Build a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Experience leading engineering teams within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products environment
• Proven success delivering new products from development through launch
• Strong ability to implement processes, structure, and operational discipline within evolving organizations
• Effective communicator capable of driving accountability and influencing across functions
• Player-coach leadership style with the ability to remain technically engaged
• Experience with Solid Works or similar CAD platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
