Job Summary
The Project Controls Analyst is responsible for cost and/or schedule management of projects of moderate scope and complexity and providing support to field and department staff. Responsibilities include performing analysis and developing recommendations to address schedule and/or cost performance, creating complex project schedules, preparing cost reports, analyzing data, and preparing ad‑hoc reporting for project management.

- Schedule Management: develop and maintain resource‑loaded project schedules, identify mitigation actions, analyze schedule performance, and influence decision making.
- Cost Management: analyze cost reports, discuss performance with stakeholders, review actual costs, prepare forecasts for multiple projects, identify mitigation actions, and influence decisions.
- Associate Project Controls Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related field preferred; 2 years relevant project experience if no degree; 0–2 years project controls experience.
- Project Controls Analyst: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4 years relevant project experience if no degree; 2+ years project controls experience; 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; preferred experience with Power Plan, People Soft, SAP, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Access; 2+ years demonstrated leadership experience.
- Senior Project Controls Analyst: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7 years relevant project experience if no degree; 5+ years project controls experience; 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; preferred experience with Power Plan, People Soft, SAP, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Access; 5+ years demonstrated leadership experience.
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Pay range: $68,436.68 – $, adjusted based on education, experience, role, location, and other factors.
