Returning New Grad Engineer - Winter​/Summer - Lakes Division​/Former H

HNTB is seeking a recent or former HNTB intern to assist in the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects. The role supports research, development, calculations, design, and delivery in partnership with the project team and applies engineering techniques to projects of varying size and complexity.

• Complete assigned work within the scheduled hours.
• Support the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assist in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Provide organization and administrative support of design files.
• Support engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Understanding of engineering principles relevant to the discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Micro Station and/or AutoCAD or other relevant software.

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Experience with Micro Station and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong interest in transportation and infrastructure.
