What You Will Contribute:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the development of new products and enhancements to existing offerings within our engineering organization. This role is responsible for leading technical design efforts, ensuring product quality and reliability, and collaborating across multiple functions to successfully bring products to market. The ideal candidate will bring strong engineering judgment, disciplined problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to execute projects from concept through commercialization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required;
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred - 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in product development
- Proficiency with 3D modeling and FEA tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across functions and organizational levels
- Preferred:
Experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB, or CFD - Familiarity with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies (Green Belt or higher)
- Experience integrating electronic components into mechanical systems
