Stantec seeks a roadway design engineer to lead city, county and DOT projects in a collaborative team. You’ll develop concepts, layouts, and final plans, perform CADD work in Micro Station/Open Roads or Civil 3D, and prepare reports and estimates. You will supervise technicians, mentor staff, and contribute to client service and growth.
The role requires a BSCE, 5+ years of roadway design experience, and Minnesota PE registration. Travel and strong communication skills are essential.
