About the Process Engineer Internship:Provide technical support to operations by spending time on the floor learning processes, troubleshooting, and leading and/or participating on multiple process improvement teams.

Part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer - Location:

Year-round internship
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
Excel, Word, and Power Point - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to succeed in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- AutoCAD experience.
- Investigate, evaluate and develop project estimates for a variety of operational business challenges at Charter Wire
- Design solutions to resolve challenges throughout the building via Auto Cad (Solid Works) part creation with occasional utilization of 3D printing
- Manage process data collection and analysis as part of project tracking and completion
