Electrical Engineers are hands on with design, development, modification, and analysis of various electronics systems including motor controller and power conversion applications for naval ships and submarines.
Required:- BSEE or similar
- 5+ years of power electronics experience
- Design, upgrading, documentation, troubleshooting, and general engineering support of power electronics systems.
- Circuit board design (tool: Altium exp preferred, not required)
- Knowledge of power converter topologies and devices (IGBTs, MOSFETS, power diodes, etc.),
- Design or understanding of high voltage / high current custom components like capacitors, inductors, and transformers, etc.
- Schematic work in AutoCAD Electrical (including selection of individual parts, wires, connectors, sensors, contractors, etc.).
