Stage Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing all on‑stage and loading dock operations from pre‑show preparations to day‑of‑show execution for concerts and events. This role serves as the central point of communication between the Venue Production Manager, touring, client, and/or rental vendor team, ensuring that technical and logistical execution aligns. The Stage Manager oversees all stage activity and ensures smooth load‑in/outs, efficient communication, and on‑time performances.

• Communicate the details of the event to the venue production crew and all relevant in‑house departments.
• Manage members of the Venue Production team and stagehands.
• Ensure that the tour(s) and client(s) have required items from venue needed to execute show(s) and event(s).
• Supervise the load‑in and load‑out of band and rental equipment.
• Document accidents, incidents, and disciplinary issues for the production crew and report actions back to the Production Manager.
• Assist the Production Manager in executing settlements per contract with artists post‑show.
• Enforce all in‑house policies regarding staging, safety, and show protocol.

• 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
• Experience in stage lighting, pro‑audio systems, and basic video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ individuals.
• Ability to make clear, concise decisions, sometimes with limited information.
• Computer literate in Windows applications.
• Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

• College Degree.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level.
