Back Alley Bowling is seeking Floor Agents to provide an exceptional bowling experience to guests. The role requires maintaining cleanliness throughout the center, providing customer service, assisting with food and drinks, and performing basic maintenance on equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of the building, including parking lot, entryway, hallways, concourse, seating areas, arcades, lockers, and restrooms.
• Inspect restrooms every 15 minutes to stock supplies, wipe mirrors, sweep floors, and ensure all fixtures are operational.
• Assist servers and bar by picking up plates, glasses, and providing washing service (bar service for those 21+).
• Assist kitchen with washing dishes as needed.
• Remove trash and perform regular sanitation of the entire center.
• Return bowling balls to racks and wipe down seating areas.
• Communicate via radio with Front Desk when lanes become available.
• Perform basic pinsetter calls once trained by the Head Mechanic.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies throughout the shift and at shift end.
• Assist guests with the scoring system.
• Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of the building.
• Respond with urgency to all requests and report mechanical issues to the Head Mechanic.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Clean parking lot of trash and debris hourly and at shift end.
• Check in with Manager upon arrival and request breaks through MOD; take breaks only when approved.
• Clean bowler approaches with cloth and alcohol; ensure approaches are free of oil drips and scuff marks.
• Enforce the No Outside Food & Beverage Policy.

• Must be able to lift or carry 50 pounds or less.
