Opportunity Snapshot We are seeking a detail oriented and driven Customer Service Representative to support our silk-screening operation. The CSR will act as the main point of contact between customers and the production team, managing orders from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a solid understanding of the screen printing process.
A Day in the Life:
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the production team.
- Manage orders from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Provide support to clients via email, phone and inperson
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
- Handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
What you need to succeed:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the screen printing processdesired
- Proficiency in order management softwaredesired
