We are seeking a Teller Supervisor for our client in Milwaukee, WI. This role oversees the Teller Operations area, ensuring all functions are performed efficiently and professionally by staff.

Teller Supervisor Responsibilities- Set objectives and oversee the work of direct reports.
- Provide feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure proper training.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Balance teller cash drawer, vault, ATM, and safeguard cash.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank products, services, and systems.
- Promote bank products and services to meet client needs.
- Follow security procedures, escalate fraud, and adhere to policies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance within teller operations.
- Participate in community and bank-sponsored events.
- Assist Branch Manager with development planning and scheduling.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have:
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in banking or customer service.
- Strong mathematical skills and accuracy.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
