What We’re Looking For
:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong treasury management experience, including cash management and forecasting
- Leadership or mentorship experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee Lead daily cash management activities and ensure funds are available to meet business needs
- Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support decision-making
- Drive process improvements in treasury operations, including streamlining wires and payment workflows
- Support upcoming banking transitions by coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Build strong working relationships with banking institutions and oversee account openings and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with departments such as Operations, IT, and Accounting to align treasury functions with broader business needs
- Mentor and manage a small treasury team, fostering growth and accountability
- Provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on liquidity, interest rate exposures, and treasury strategy
