Overviewof Position:
Heiser has an immediate opening for an experienced F&I Manager. We are seeking a professional individual, with sales and finance experience, who has a customer first attitude, computer skills, and who is a self-starter and team player. - Provide customer insurance and financing alternatives
- Evaluate customer credit worthiness
- Establish high level bank relationships
- Prepare financing and legal documents
- Provide F&I Training in Sales meetings
- Attend and participate in Finance meetings
- Sell products and services while displaying expert service to our customers
- Participate as part of a management team, take leadership role with salespeople, help establish processes as necessary, help with training and do what can be done daily to make the dealership run more efficiently.
- Work in the Sales Tower to help direct deals and their progress
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant finance, sales, and management experience
- Sale License required
- Valid and clean WI Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
