Senior Project and Portfolio Accountant

Overview

Our Select Leaders' client is a full service real estate solutions firm dedicated to leading the process of achieving customer, investor, employee and community goals by creatively providing professional, results-oriented real estate solutions. Their core services include: development, project management, advisory services and acquisitions. They are looking to add a Senior Project & Portfolio Accountant to their team. The Senior Accountant position requires frequent and proactive interaction and effective communication with various internal clients, including accounting and finance personnel, property management team, asset management, construction and development project personnel.

Additionally, the role may include interaction with external clients such as banking representatives, public accounting firm representatives, vendors, building owners, and other stakeholders associated with accounting duties for the organization. This position reports to the Vice President of Company Finance & Treasurer.
