This Manager‑level role serves as a trusted individual contributor responsible for overseeing principal tax compliance processes, managing client records, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across critical workflows. The position requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and address operational needs proactively. By partnering closely with principals, leadership, and cross‑functional teams, this role drives service excellence, maintains compliance standards, and leads process improvements that strengthen overall team performance.
This is a remote temporary position from 03/09/2026 to 11/13/2026.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with principals, serving as a trusted advisor while exercising discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Act as a key point of contact on principal tax‑related matters, ensuring clear communication and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment in following best processes.
- Oversee and coordinate electronic filing (e‑filing) of tax returns and extensions, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and firm standards.
- Review, assemble, and validate tax documents such as returns and extensions, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Direct processes for maintaining client records, both digital (e.g., Go File Room ) and physical, ensuring secure storage and efficient retrieval.
- Partner with onsite teams as needed to support physical document requests, audits, and compliance requirements.
