We are hiring for a Finance Director in Milwaukee, WI. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large nonprofit organization. You will lead a team and focus on grant accounting as well as building efficiencies. If you have at least five years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Finance Director Responsibilities:- Lead financial accounting functions for program funding
- Participate in auditing grants and provide clarity when necessary
- Prepare budgets and provide forecasting
- Ensure contract fiscal requirements are met
- Five or more years of nonprofit accounting leadership experience
- CPA is desired, but not required if you have a nonprofit background
- Professional, detail-oriented, and exhibits solid communication skills
- Comfortable supporting a larger organization
