Client Special Services Accountant; Part Time

Position Summary:

The Client Special Services Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of privately owned lifestyle assets. This role manages budgeting, reporting, payroll, vendor payments, compliance, and overall financial oversight to ensure efficient and well-controlled operations across multiple properties and related entities. You’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for designated assets
• Oversee payroll administration and vendor payments
• Monitor maintenance, insurance, utilities, staffing, and operational expenses
• Prepare regular financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Track capital improvements and major projects
• Coordinate with on-site managers and external service providers
• Liaise with CPAs, tax advisors, and insurance professionals to ensure compliance
• Consolidate reporting and monitor cash flow across entities
• Maintain accurate financial records with strict confidentiality
• Serving as a backup to all members within the Client Special Services team

Qualifications and

Experience:

• A degree in accounting with knowledge of finance and 3+ years of accounting experience
• Outstanding attention to detail with a proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Expert level Microsoft Excel skills, experience with Quick Books
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a strong ability to adapt to various situations
• High degree of trustworthiness and integrity, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
