Job Description

Join Rockwell Automation as a Finance Intern and gain hands-on experience across multiple finance functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Treasury. You'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and present your work to senior leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

* Help with variance analysis and financial reporting

* Support audit testing and compliance reviews

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects

* Analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making

* Prepare and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to Finance Leadership

This is an on-site role at our Milwaukee headquarters.

The Essentials
- You Will Have:

* Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university

* Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

* Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

* Expected graduation is December 2026 - May 2028

* Prior internship or co-op

* Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar

* Local to Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location)

* Variance analysis and financial reporting

* Effective collaboration

* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

* Proficiency in Microsoft products

* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
