This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Financial Services Advisor, located in Milwaukee, WI. The Financial Services Advisor will work closely with clients to assess their financial goals and provide tailored solutions, including financial planning, retirement planning, and investment strategies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial documents, advising on financial products, developing personalized financial plans, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their long‑term financial success.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to analyze financial situations and develop personalized strategies for clients
• Knowledge of Retirement Planning and Investments to help clients meet both short‑term and long‑term financial goals
• Experience in Financial Advisory to provide expert guidance and build strong, client‑focused relationships
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
