Lead BaaN Senior Analyst; Invoicing​/Billing Updates

ROLE 2 — BaaN Senior Analyst (Invoicing / Billing Updates) Role Description (Senior Level)

• Lead invoicing/billing support for BaaN, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.

• Own recurring billing‑related incidents (Invoice to BP updates, tax/sequence issues, downstream financial failures).

• Drive preventive fixes.

• Act as primary SME for billing flows across business, finance, and IT teams.

• Implement improvements in invoice validation, billing setup, and integration touchpoints.

• Strong knowledge of Invoicing & Billing lifecycle

• Accounts Receivable posting logic

• Billing master data dependencies

• Financial reconciliation skills

• SQL/data correction expertise for invoice failures

• Understanding of EDI impacting billing

• Ability to identify and resolve invoice batch failures quickly

• 6-10+ years BaaN billing/invoicing expertise

• Prior ownership of high‑volume invoice failure queues

• Strong background in billing process optimization
