Chief Financial Officer

Currently working on a Chief Financial Officer search for a medium-sized engineered manufacturing organization located in Southeast Wisconsin, serving hazardous and mission‑critical industrial environments worldwide.

This company operates in a technically sophisticated manufacturing environment involving:

• Advanced industrial safety technologies
• Global manufacturing and supply chain operations

• International customer and distribution networks

Our client is looking for a hands‑on CFO with strong international experience who can serve as both a strategic business partner and an engaged operational financial leader.

This is not a purely boardroom or high‑level reporting role. Our client is looking for a leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working closely with operations, and helping drive day‑to‑day business performance in a medium‑sized manufacturing environment.

Key areas of focus include:

• Global financial leadership across international operations and distribution channels
• Manufacturing cost accounting and operational finance
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Banking relationships and capital planning
• ERP systems, reporting discipline, and process improvement
• Working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and executive leadership teams
• Helping build scalable financial and operational infrastructure to support continued growth
