Role Overview
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – responsible for obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and providing comprehensive financial advisory services to a portfolio of clients. Begin in a financial center and potentially transition to phone‑based counseling until a center assignment is available.
Responsibilities- Complete structured training and coaching for SIE, Series7, and Series
66 within the required timelines (SIE within 30 days; Series7/66 within 120 days). - Build and manage client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions and advisory services.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment teams to meet client needs.
- Conduct client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Work in a financial center and, if necessary, in a phone‑based capacity until assigned to a suitable center.
The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and Safe Act background checks. Failure to register or maintain good standing may result in immediate termination.
Required Qualifications- Ability to obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series7, Series
66) within 30 and 120 days of hire respectively. - Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Capacity to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) holder.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Proficiency in client experience, branding, advisory, investment management, pipeline and referral management, client management, portfolio management, prospecting, identification, business acumen, executive presence, oral communication, risk management, and trading.
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
ScheduleMonday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; 1st shift (United States), 40 hours per week.
Compensation & BenefitsBase hourly pay: $28.85 – $33.65 per hour (experience, education, skill set dependent). Base salary only; no incentive eligibility. Benefits eligible: industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, resources, and support for physical, emotional, and financial well‑being.
