SOX Auditor

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a SOX Auditor to join their team. As a SOX Auditor, you will be part of the Internal Audit Department supporting the compliance and risk management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Partner with clients regarding SOX compliance efforts through planning and performing operational audits.

+ Review and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of financial and operational internal controls.

+ Manage SOX assessments of general business controls performed by business professionals.

+ Drive efficiency and effectiveness of SOX testing and reporting to help manage department costs.

+ Contribute to the completion of the required elements of the SOX program, including testing and reporting requirements.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

+ At least 2 years of SOX compliance or audit experience.

+ Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

+ Oracle experience is a plus

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work independently and within a team environment.
