** Overview*
* We are seeking experienced Loan IQ Developers to join a leading financial services organization. This is a hands-on development role supporting critical lending platforms and integrations within a complex enterprise banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with Finastra Loan IQ, strong software development skills, and experience building customizations and integrations that support loan servicing and lending operations.

** Required Qualifications*
* + Strong hands-on experience with Finastra Loan IQ

+ Proficiency in Loan IQ SDK development and customization

+ Strong understanding of the Loan IQ data model, database objects, and system architecture

+ Experience modifying and enhancing Loan IQ functionality

+ Strong Oracle and SQL development skills

+ Hands-on Java development experience

+ Strong C# and .NET development experience

+ Experience building interfaces, integrations, APIs, and batch processes

+ Solid understanding of loan lifecycle management, loan servicing, and banking workflows

+ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership

** Preferred Experience*

+ Commercial lending or syndicated lending experience

Experience with enterprise-scale Loan IQ implementations

+ Knowledge of Loan IQ batch processing and interface frameworks
