About the Role
Performance analyst will be responsible for calculating and reviewing composite level performance, researching outliers, addressing ad‑hoc requests from investment teams and other internal partners, and supporting ongoing GIPS verification.
We operate in a hybrid working model; you will be required to work in‑office 4 days per week.

- Review all monthly account performance calculations for completion and accuracy.
- Reconcile performance between multiple platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams on special strategic initiatives.
- Proactively identify areas to increase efficiency.
- Enhance the controls of the audit review process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- 2+ years of performance analysis for investment performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Apps.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
- Operate computer programs and software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.
- Day‑to‑day contact with others (co‑workers and/or public).
- Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
- Experience with Archer/Confluence Stat Pro or Advent/APX preferred.
- Experience with market systems such as Fact Set, Bloomberg, Morningstar.
- Experience with automated financial systems such as Confluence Stat Pro, Archer, Confluence Unity, Advent APX.
- Experience with Power Apps is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus.
- CIPM preferred.

Base Pay Range: $70,000 – $80,000. Base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. A competitive compensation package may include participation in incentive programs linked to performance, discretionary bonus programs, or other incentive or sales plans.
