Duties & Responsibilities
- Review the work of a group of Fund Administrators (I, II and III).
- Review responsibilities primarily include financial statements, board materials, compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration.
- Coordinate with Lead Administrator and client’s external auditor the audit of financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit.
- Respond to client questions and requests.
- Perform review of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure.
- Perform review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions.
- Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to details.
- Understanding of mutual fund and GAAP requirements.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of four years of fund administration or related industry experience.
- Accounting or finance degree preferred.

CompensationUS Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $69,920 - $109,460. US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $63,830 - $100,210. US Employees in all other states not listed above: $57,760 - $90,960.
The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s good faith and reasonable estimate based on its budget and what it expects to be the starting pay for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
