Senior Fund Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review the work of a group of Fund Administrators (I, II and III).
• Review responsibilities primarily include financial statements, board materials, compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration.
• Coordinate with Lead Administrator and client’s external auditor the audit of financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit.
• Respond to client questions and requests.
• Perform review of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure.
• Perform review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions.
• Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Understanding of mutual fund and GAAP requirements.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of four years of fund administration or related industry experience.

• Accounting or finance degree preferred.

US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $69,920 - $109,460. US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $63,830 - $100,210. US Employees in all other states not listed above: $57,760 - $90,960.
