About the Role
As an Alternative Investment (AI) Operations Specialist I, you will process all documents for AI products that UMB services. As documents come to your queue you will review them to ensure everything is in good order and research and resolve items that are not in good order.
As you grow your skills and become more proficient, the funds will become more complex. You will also have the opportunity to help train new associates while assisting your manager with project work.
Responsibilities- Use your attention to detail to ensure transactions are processed accurately and timely to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Use your data entry skills to input investor information into the database to achieve complete accuracy.
- Leverage your relationship building capability to review the work of other specialists and provide constructive feedback.
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- You possess one year of transaction processing experience.

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $37,490 - $54,700
US Employees in all other states not listed above: $33,920 - $49,650
