Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational service support and ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
  • Resolve client problems promptly and effectively, identifying and addressing enhancement opportunities during client service interactions.
  • Monitor the financial performance of client portfolios and identify opportunities to optimize revenue while maintaining service and satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients about upcoming changes, enhancements to existing products or services, or potential impacts on usage.
  • Address customer service issues according to established guidelines, escalating as required.
  • Track the collection of client service fees.
  • Analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency in meeting current client needs.
  • Provide input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
  • Search for opportunities for cost reductions.
  • Collaborate to address client/outstanding issues and how they are handled.
  • Participate in audit and client issue resolution, addressing irregularities and driving corrective actions with proper escalation per procedures.
  • Monitor operational performance across multiple teams or service lines, ensuring alignment with KPIs and achievement of SLAs.
  • Engage with clients to understand and diagnose service needs, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Respond to and facilitate the resolution of client service requests.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps, enhance operational performance, and optimize client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all client interactions, documentation, and issue resolutions comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Focus primarily on business/group within BMO, potentially with an enterprise-wide focus.
  • Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Work independently on complex tasks, including unique situations.
  • Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework, aligning decisions to business strategy, protecting assets, and adhering to policies, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in client relationship, financial services or service excellence in a corporate or banking environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing) or related discipline with commensurate work experience.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in project management, people management, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in product knowledge, regulatory compliance, data analysis reporting, document management, Microsoft Office, problem‑solving, and detail orientation.
Salary

$69,000.00 – $ (salaried position)
