Job Summary
Join Associated Bank as a Teller to provide exceptional customer service and support. In this front-line role, you’ll process transactions accurately, identify opportunities to meet customer needs, and promote financial solutions that help clients achieve their goals. This position is located at 3432 S. 27th Street in Milwaukee, WI.
Key Accountabilities- Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects Associated Bank’s brand promise.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial solutions.
- Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
- Retail banking, cash handling, or financial services experience.

$17.00 – $22.96 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
