Project Manager, Operations Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bank of Wisconsin Dells is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact operational and technology initiatives across the bank. This is an excellent opportunity for a banking professional with 5+ years of project management experience who understands how to move complex work forward in a regulated environment while building strong partnerships across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, department leaders, and vendors to deliver projects that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, enhance customer experience, and support the bank's long‑term strategic goals.

• Lead multiple concurrent projects across operations, IT, lending, compliance, and finance from planning through implementation.
• Build and maintain clear project plans, dashboards, and documentation that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Support system implementations and process improvements, including digital banking, workflow tools, CRM, document management, and other operational platforms.
• Provide concise status reporting to executive leadership and translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable updates.
• Help strengthen project governance and consistency across the bank by improving processes, documentation, and accountability.

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of bank operations, banking systems, and the regulatory landscape affecting financial institutions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects that involve technology, process improvement, compliance, or customer experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
