Senior Securities Services Operations Associate

The Senior Securities Services Operations Associate works within the Corporate Actions Operations team, providing operational support to UMB’s Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody departments. The role processes mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for both foreign and domestic holdings.

• Analyze and complete workflow tasks in the Corporate Action SaaS system.
• Process elections with detailed accuracy and balance corporate action events between the accounting system, corporate action processing system, and sub‑custodian.
• Prioritize tasks by risk to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Perform peer reviews and learn multiple functions within the team.
• Provide client support in a fast‑paced environment with unpredictable scenarios.

• 2–3 years of financial services or banking experience, or a college degree.

• California, Washington DC, New Jersey, New York: $41,060 – $59,760
• Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin: $37,490 – $54,700
• All other states: $33,920 – $49,650
